π° Roulette Chop Betting Simulator β Now Bet FOR or AGAINST the Chop!
We've just finished updating my free Roulette Chop Betting Simulator with some new features, including something I've wanted to test for a while!
You can now switch between betting FOR a chop pattern continuing or AGAINST it breaking, even while the simulator is running on Auto-spin!
The simulator tests two different roulette strategies side by side.
π― 1-1 CHOP STRATEGY
This watches for alternating roulette outcomes such as:
Red β Black β Red β Black
You can test Red/Black, Odd/Even or High/Low.
Bet AGAINST the chop and you're looking for the alternating pattern to break.
Bet FOR the chop and you're looking for the alternating pattern to continue.
π― DOUBLE DIGITS VS SINGLE DIGITS
Here's an interesting fact about European roulette.
π’ Double digits (10β36) = 72.97%
π‘ Single digits (1β9) = 24.32%
βͺ Zero = 2.70%
Double-digit numbers are three times as common as single-digit numbers!
This strategy watches for alternating double and single digits, allowing you to test betting with or against the pattern.
The simulator uses the 2nd and 3rd dozens to cover double-digit outcomes, so remember that numbers 10, 11 and 12 aren't covered by those bets.

I've also added new default progressions to give both strategies a longer betting sequence, although you can change these to whatever you like.
The interesting part for me is being able to switch direction while watching the results. Instead of always betting against a pattern, you can now experiment with following it!
Of course, roulette spins are independent, and no pattern or progression removes the house edge. That's exactly why I enjoy building these simulators β we can actually test ideas rather than just guessing whether they work.

No downloads, no real money, just roulette strategy testing.
I'd be interested to hear from other roulette players.
Do you prefer betting for a pattern to continue, or against it to break?
And which of these two strategies would you choose?
