I've been playing around with something I find really interesting about roulette β€” how often do numbers actually come back close together?

We all notice sequences like:

6 β†’ 6

That's an obvious immediate repeater.

But what about things like:

3 β†’ 5 β†’ 3

or:

6 β†’ 13 β†’ 65 β†’ 6

The 6 has returned, but it's not an immediate repeat. So I wanted to be able to actually measure these patterns rather than just notice them when they happen.
