Laws of large numbers:
Over thousands of spins, even-money bets like red/black or odd/even tend to settle close to their true probabilities. On a European wheel, thatβs about 48.65% for red, 48.65% for black, and a tiny edge for the casino with the green 0.
Laws of small numbers:
But in small runs, like just 50 spins? Anything can happen. You might see red hit 70% of the time, or black dominate with 80%. Thatβs just random chanceβitβs called variance.
